To use the BodyMed Versatile Hot and Cold Therapy Gel Pack for hot therapy, place the pack in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes. For cold therapy, place the pack in the freezer for several hours or overnight. Once ready, position the pack on the affected area and secure it with the adjustable strap. Use for up to 20 minutes at a time. Do not use directly on the skin; always wrap the pack in a cloth. Avoid using on open wounds or areas with reduced sensation.
