Add to water or take directly. Adults take 2ml (60 drops) daily. Children take 0.5ml (15 drops) daily under parental supervision.

Other Ingredients: Organic Vegetable Glycerin, Organic Raspberry & Blueberry Flavor, Organic Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate.
Directions
Add to water or take directly. Adults take 2ml (60 drops) daily with water or directly (this corresponds approximately to 2 to 3 droppers/pipettes per serving). Children could use up to 0.5ml (15 drops) but only under the supervision of adults.
