Directions
Water Weight Away - 1 capsule taken 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional. Kidney Cleanse - 1 capsule daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional. 15 Day Cleanse - FOR OCCASIONAL USE ONLY: 1 to 2 capsules taken at bedtime with 8 ounces of water or as directed by a healthcare professional. As part of a 15 day cleanse cycle, take 1 to 2 capsules at bedtime with 8 ounces of water for up to 7 days or as directed by a healthcare professional. On days 8 through 15, continue by consuming additional fiber and water throughout the day. Do not repeat cleansing program for at least 6 to 8 weeks.
