Asses your tolerance by taking one scoop and gradually increasing the dose over time. Contains 200mg caffeine. Contains Niacin. Contains Beta-Alanine. DOES NOT TASTE GOOD! For comparison, a 20oz cup of coffee contains 300-400mg of caffeine. Do not consume PurePump with other caffeine-containing beverages. Too much caffeine can cause hot flashes, nausea, and vomiting. Beta-alanine may cause a normal and harmless sensation of "pins and needles" feeling in the skin, known as paresthesia. Niacin may cause flushing and redness of the skin; also very common and harmless - extra water may help reduce flushing. Sensitivity to all of these varies person to person.

Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 scoops 15 to 30 minutes before training. Flavor as desired; mix with your favorite juice, sports drink, or protein powder. Asses your tolerance by taking one scoop and gradually increasing the dosage.
