Ingredients
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), Thiamin (vitamin B1) (as thiamine HCI), Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Niacin (as niacinamide), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI), Folate (as calcium-L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) (L-methylfolate), Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), Biotin, Pantothenic Acid (as calcium pantothenate), Choline (as bitartrate), Calcium (as amino acid chelate/complex), Magnesium (as amino acid chelate/complex), Zinc (as amino acid chelate/complex), Inositol, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis root), PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), Chamomile (Matricaria recutita flower). Other ingredients: calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, di-calcium phosphate, stearic acid, magnesium oxide, zinc sulfate, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silica, rose hips (Rosa canina fruit), isolated soy protein, rice and pharmaceutical glaze.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, take one tablet daily.
