Each serving size (1 vegetarian capsule) contains: Turmeric Herbal Extract (rhizome) 100 mg, Turmeric (rhizome) 100 mg. Other ingredients: Cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable stearate and silica.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule daily between meals, or as advised by your healthcare professional. If digestive irritation occurs, take with meals.
