Collinsonia (Collinsonia Canadensis) is a perennial herb in the mint family, typically grows 2-3' (less frequently to 4') tall. It is native to eastern North America, primarily east of the Mississippi River, where it is widespread. It has elongated, branching, loose, pyramidal, terminal clusters of tiny, tubular yellow flowers and large, sharply toothed, ovate, green leaves.
