Directions
Mix 1-2 scoops of RYSE Loaded Pre with 10-12 oz. of water and consume 15-13 minutes prior to exercise. Vary amount of liquid to taste. Beginner users should start with a 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance. CAUTION: DO NOT EXCEED ONE SERVING PER DAY.
