Directions
For adults, take four (4) quick release capsules daily, with a meal and plenty of water. Do not separate the capsule; ingest the capsule whole. Do not exceed recommended dose. To assess tolerance, start with one (1) capsule daily. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
