Directions
Add Hydration packet(s) to your water bottle. Use 16oz - 32oz of COLD water. You can use additional packets for extra flavor and additional energy. Multiple packets can be consumed daily. Empty the entire packet and shake for 10 seconds until the formulation fully dissolves.
