Directions
Make it a part of your child's daily routine. Apply directly onto soles of feet, between shoulder blades or other desired areas focusing on the neck, shoulders and legs for overall calming and relaxation. If you prefer, massage until completely absorbed. 1ml (6 sprays approximately) delivers a minimum of 150mg of optimally absorbable elemental Magnesium.
