Insert a pre-measured SaltPod into the nasal dock. Place the appropriate nose pillow on the tip. Insert the tip into the nostril and press the button for a 30-second nasal rinse. Repeat with the other nostril. For the Baby Mist, attach the mask and press the button for a continuous, sterile saline mist. After use, disassemble the device and clean all reusable components with warm water and mild soap.
